1. 6 - 1hr Virtual or In Person Calls (described below)
2. Support via What's App between our sessions. You will not be going through any of this alone. You will be fully supported in between your sessions and you go through this transformation.
3. Customized recored meditations and journal prompts to support you between our calls.
