WHAT HAPPENS DURING AN INTUITIVE ENERGY HEALING SESSION?

MEDITATION

Our sessions begin with a guided meditation to calm the mind and body and clear stagnant energy to create space for healing.

ENERGY HEALING

Dani will move through each of your energy centers to locate and clear blockages or imbalances. This process shifts negative energy and replaces it with loving, high vibrational energy to heal.

CORE STORIES

We all have core stories (limiting beliefs) that we are working in this lifetime. Dani may connect with a core story of yours to shift and heal this story.

MESSAGES & GUIDANCE

While reading your energy, Dani is also a conduit for wisdom, guidance, or healing messages that are meant for you to hear.

COACHING

Dani may offer coaching that integrates the energetic healing with practical action steps into your day-to-day life. She can help identify goals, overcome obstacles, and develop strategies to align with your highest good. 

OTHER HEALINGS THAT MIGHT OCCUR

  • Dani will use her intuitive abilities to gain insights into your situation and energy field. She will then do an energy healing to clear blockages and imbalances. Your intuitive energy healing session is custom tailored to you and your needs. Dani will intuitively read your energy field and complete energetic healings based on what she sees. These could include shifting energy, cutting cords, breaking soul contracts, shifting core stories, and updating Akashic records. After these healings take place, there is time for reflection, guidance, support, and coaching with Dani.

  • There is nothing you need to do to prepare. Come with an open mind and heart. If you have specific questions or areas of your life you would like to discuss, come with those. Please don’t worry if you don’t have any questions or anything specific to discuss, we will discover what needs attention during your session.

  • There is nothing for you to do during this session. I do suggest that you be in a space that is quiet and safe for you to be comfortable. You will be guided through a meditation as we start. Allow yourself to be comfortable as you listen to me throughout your session. There will be a time for reflection at the end for any questions you may have.

  • Take care of yourself, please. Process, journal, and rest.

    For those that are in the 6-Month container, a customized guided meditation will be recorded and sent to you, along with journal prompts based on what we discussed during your session. Dani will also follow up with you via What’s App each week to check in and see how you are doing.

    Feel free to ask any questions or ask for any support you need during the space between our sessions together.

  • These sessions are held over the phone. This allows you to be comfortable in a safe, private space of your own. If you prefer to have sessions in person, please email hello@danileggett.com to discuss.

    Sessions are fully recorded so you can access them again as you need.

  • Absolutely. All that you share with me is sacred and confidential. I do not take the opportunity to hold space for you lightly. It is an honor to be on this journey with you. This is a safe space, with no judgment. 

  • I truly believe in the power of a held, safe container for transformation. While one session can have great impact, I believe multiple sessions allows for greater impact and transformation. So, I offer these sessions within a six month container that allows for support, guidance, and accountability between sessions.

    I do offer an Introductory Session so you can experience this type of healing modality before investing your resources (time and money) into the 6-Month container. This is a one-time opportunity.

  • During these 6 months you will receive:

    1. 6 - 45-minute Virtual Calls with Dani (as described below)

    2. Support via What's App between our sessions. You will not be going through any of this alone. You will be fully supported in between your sessions as you go through this transformation.

    3. Customized recored meditations and journal prompts to support you between our calls.

    What happens during an Intuitive Energy Healing session? 

    You will schedule 1 call each month of this container. During our session, Dani will use her intuitive abilities to gain insights into your situation and energy field.   • This is a fair question. If you know Dani at all, you may know that she will not offer anything she doesn’t truly believe in. She has received these type of healings and has experienced the transformation that is possible! During her certification training, she received many healings and came out of that renewed, grounded, with so much weight off of her shoulders. She healed grief, trauma, limiting beliefs, and so much more. The transformation is possible for you, too!
