Yin Yoga

Somatic Yoga

Discover a deeply transformative practice with Somatic Yoga. This class combines gentle, mindful movement with breathwork and body awareness techniques to help you release stored tension and reconnect with your body on a deeper level. Somatic Yoga is perfect for anyone looking to relieve chronic pain, improve mobility, and cultivate a sense of inner calm and harmony. Through guided sequences and intuitive movements, you’ll learn to listen to your body’s signals, fostering self-healing and emotional balance. Ideal for all levels and a beautiful complement to energy healing.

Meditation & Reiki

This event takes place on the 1st Wednesday of each month. Dani combines Yoga Nidra and Reiki into one restful evening of healing.

Yoga Nidra is a deeply relaxing and restorative practice that combines guided meditation with deep breathing and visualization techniques to ease you into a place between wakefulness and sleep to release tension, allowing for healing and renewal on a deeper level.

Reiki helps to release blockages and restore harmony within to support emotional, mental, and physical healing, leaving you feeling refreshed and aligned.
