Deep Tissue
Deep tissue massage uses firm pressure and slow strokes to massage deep layers of muscle and fascia, the connective tissue surrounding your muscles. Benefits of Deep Tissue are stress relief, reduced pain, breaking up of scar tissue, and rehabilitation of injury.

Acupressure

In addition to overall relaxation, benefits of Acupressure Massage may include reduced pain, improved mental health, improved sleep, ease of nausea, reduced stress & anxiety,  improved digestive issues, and less headaches & migraines. Acupressure is also great for back pain and menstrual cramps.

Sports Massage

This treatment improves joint mobility, blood circulation, and flexibility. Feel a reduction in pain and muscle strain. This massage also works to prevent injury.

Hot Stones
Our Hot Stone Massage combines the Relaxation Massage but with the use of hot stones. The stones provide heat therapy for the muscles to reduce tension and pain. The stones will be placed depending on your specific needs.

Gua Sha
Gua sha is a traditional Chinese practice that involves scraping the skin with a tool. This practice breaks up stagnant energy, improves circulation, reduces inflammation, and promotes healing. Benefits of gua sha include boost to the immune system and reduced headaches, migraines, neck pain, or swelling in the body.

Cupping
