My own path has been anything but linear. It's been a journey through chronic illness, anxiety, depression, loss, and the slow unraveling of all the ways I learned to disconnect from myself just to survive.

But healing has a way of calling us home.

Over time, I’ve not only healed my autoimmune condition, but I’ve also rebuilt my life from the inside out. It’s been a process of remembering my wholeness, learning to trust my body again, and creating a life rooted in peace, presence, and purpose.

I bring both formal training and lived experience into the space I hold for others. My work is intuitive, gentle, and deep — designed to support you as you move through emotional blocks, nervous system imbalances, stored trauma, or simply a longing for reconnection.

And as a homeschooling mom and homesteader, I live what I teach — honoring slowness, cycles, nourishment, and the sacredness of the everyday.
